Terms of Service

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or making any purchases.

1. Scope of Services

We offer a range of creative and technical services, including but not limited to:

• VTuber model design, illustration, and rigging
• Digital art commissions
• Web and app development
• AI integration and consultation
• Custom tools and creative solutions

We also offer a storefront with digital and physical products. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and clients.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All original artwork, designs, code, and creative content produced by our team remain the intellectual property of our company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Reproducing, reselling, or redistributing our work without permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Payment & Deposits

For all commission-based services:

• A deposit is required upfront before work begins.
• For hourly-rate projects, a prepayment for the first block of hours (minimum one hour) is required.
• For fixed-rate projects, a 50% deposit is standard unless otherwise negotiated.

4. Refund Policy

A. Shop Products (Digital or Physical): All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided for purchases made through our store.

B. Commissions & Services: Refunds for custom services follow the policy below:

• Full Refund: If the client cancels within 48 hours of payment and work has not started.
• Partial Refund: If work has already started, the refund will be calculated based on:
• Hourly Projects: A minimum of one hour will be non-refundable, and additional worked hours will be deducted.
• Fixed-Rate Projects: Refund will reflect the percent of work completed. E.g., 30% done = 70% refund.

All refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

5. Waitlist Priority & Rush Orders

Clients may pay a priority fee to expedite work ahead of the waitlist. This fee is non-refundable and subject to availability.

6. Consultations

Consultations help determine project scope and pricing. We reserve the right to decline any project.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide necessary files and references promptly
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Make payments as agreed

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our liability is limited to the service/item paid for.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
